On the Registry Editor screen, navigate to registry folder
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Update.

Modify the ÚpdateDefault key value from 0 to 1.

Once the registry value is changed, restart the Google Chrome and see the updates gets installed.
